At Just Cable Ties, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing high-quality cable ties and related products.

Faulty Products

If you receive faulty products:

  • We will replace the items or provide a full refund at our discretion
  • Faulty items must be reported to us within 30 days of purchase
  • Please contact our customer service team at sales@justcableties.co.uk or phone 01233661589 with your order number and a description/photo of the fault

Incorrect Orders (Customer Error)

If you have ordered incorrect items:

  • We will accept returns of unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging
  • Returns must be sent back to us at your expense
  • Your order maybe subject to a 15% handling fee at our discretion.
  • Please contact us before returning any items

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • You have 30 days from purchase to return faulty goods for a full refund
  • For goods that become faulty within six months, you're entitled to a repair or replacement
  • This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, giving you 14 days to cancel an order from the day you receive your goods
